We all start somewhere, and for me, that beginning was filled with the familiar feeling of intimidation. Stepping into the gym for the first time, especially the weight area or new classes, can be overwhelming. I know this firsthand. That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing my fitness journey with others and helping them overcome the same challenges I faced. My mission is simple – to guide and inspire people to build their confidence and achieve their fitness goals, no matter where they start.
Being an outgoing, bubbly person, I love helping people build confidence and achieve their fitness goals. Currently, I run spinning and circuit classes, along with personal training in Tekapo and Fairlie, and also work part-time at Fit 4 Life gym in Ashburton, focusing on older populations. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking, snowboarding, running half marathons, or spending time with my boyfriend, family, and friends.
Fitness is for everyone, and I’m here to guide you through your journey—whether you’re just starting out or aiming to take it to the next level!
HELLO
MY STORY
My adventure began ten years ago when I left the Czech Republic and landed in New Zealand, a place I had always dreamed of visiting. After hearing so much about its breathtaking outdoors, hiking trails, beaches, and mountains, I knew this was where I was meant to be. Fast forward to five years ago, when I found myself walking into a gym in Ashburton. I had no idea what I was getting into, but I quickly became hooked on the energy and sense of accomplishment the gym brought me. I immersed myself in cardio, weights, and Les Mills classes, exploring every corner of the fitness world.
Then came the unexpected disruption of Covid, which gave me the time to pause and reflect on my future. It was during this period that I realized how much my love for fitness had grown, and I began to think seriously about pursuing a career in Personal Training. I wanted to not only help myself stay fit but to help others as well. After researching training options, I enrolled in a year-long course at The New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness in Christchurch. In early 2024, I graduated with my Personal Trainer Level 4 and 5 degrees, and I’ve never looked back.
